Life Coaching, counselling and consultancy are provided from a Positive Psychology and evidence-based framework. Individualised session programs are developed together with clients in promoting emotional health and well-being to accomplish a rewarding and balanced lifestyle.
Executive coaching is available for individuals in organisations and businesses to enhance work performance, work satisfaction and achieve a fulfilling balance between work and life.
Aspirations Psychology provides sessions at the practice office, telephone sessions and Skype video sessions are also available.
Orietta Worthington is a Registered Psychologist with 20 years experience working towards behavioural change with children, adolescents and adults across settings of health, community, schools and juvenile justice. She is an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society, an accredited counsellor with Victims Services, contract psychologist with with Employee Assistance Services Australia (EASA) and is an approved WorkCover psychology services provider.
